The Sepulchar trail seemed especially quiet today. It has always seemed to me that the large expansive meadows set my mind at ease in a way nothing else does. When you can see a mile in any direction and you know there is nothing of consequence there but you, it seems to loosen the wheels a little at a level no other situation reaches. I found myself looking for creatures in the clouds while I was eating my lunch…and I couldn’t resist the temptation to consider the fact that I had an audience for that.
